The place was wonderful and had amazing and lovely staff in her answer and position essentially refusing to ask a manager, appreciated the stay. I booked exceptionally nice and perfect room, that was offered with a desk & an office type chair and a nice view, as example. The location in a lovely area was marvellous and unbeatable and there were several stores and stores nearby. The hotel was next to Mashantucket downtown.

The location of the hotel was central, near to the bus stop, and Shrine nightclub. I booked reasonably large room, that was offered with king bed to the left, a love seat and water to be delivered. Everything was beautiful and the staff were amicable and excellent.

Unbeatable, magnificent location in the shopping area. Well-kept and great-sized rooms with a double bed, and very clean pool.

I loved the hotel, its great-sized and stylish room and excellent staff. My room included a fridge, ironing facilities, and a work desk. Great service was provided here. They offered ironing at no cost too. Central location of this perfect central property was a bonus. I walked everywhere in Mashantucket and casinos and bars were so close to the place.

Exceptionally clean and fashionable rooms with a double bed! Central location along with complimentary and great breakfasts. Again, walking distance to Fox Arcade.

Everything was superb, had a very good stay for two nights. The staff was very professional, the room was tastefully decorated with water to be delivered and king bed, as for instance. The breakfast was great and excellent with lots of delicious options. The location was beautiful, at a short distance from Lake of Isles.

The valet parking was excellent and the room was ready before check-in time. The bathroom was beautiful and everything was very clean.

The sheets were awful, like sleeping with construction paper. Room service breakfast was not good and expensive for the room.

The location was favourable, within easy walking distance of Tanger Outlet Mall. The restaurant was located within 400 feet.

Wonderful hotel with stunning location in the football. Location just off the bus stop, casinos and a `` Grand Pequot Tower ''. Really close to Lake of Isles.

Our accommodation was set in a central location close enough to a Tangier outlet mall, other activities in Connecticut, and a casual restaurant with a breakfast buffet. Pleasant staff explained where we were staying.

Pleasant staff, provided information if needed. The location was central, near to restaurants and casino, and the areas that had hair and dust. Also, Lantern Hill Trail was 1 mile away from the hotel.

It felt like a getaway, being just the right distance away. The staff was attentive and the rooms were clean and spacious. Dining options and shopping were available nearby. Impressed with how they handled the challenging times. 9 miles from Mystic Seaport for a visit.
